Why do my past orders appear as "canceled"?
For accounting reasons, we mark your orders as "canceled" after successful processing. Please do not let this irritate you!
How does the payment work?
Please do not pay for your order until you have received an invoice from us! For the first order, payment is made in advance, for subsequent orders within 14 days.
Do you offer SEPA direct debit and/or credit card payments?
No.
Why don't the discounts on the product pages work?
Discounts and promotions from the B2C store, which can be clicked on as an additional option, do not apply to retailers. There are special volume discounts for each product variant, which are calculated automatically.
Why can't I buy some products?
All products from other brands as well as individual products from our range are not intended for resale. These remain hidden from you as a retailer.
