Working Student Customer Success

Scope: 10-20 hours / week
Start: October 1, 2025

We are looking for an open-minded person (m/f/d) who will take care of shipping our orders and has an open ear for our customers.

You will follow in Josi's footsteps and take over her important role in our highly acclaimed Customer Support Team.

Your tasks:

  • Shipping of customer orders (B2C and B2B)
  • Personal customer support via email, telephone and in person at our store
  • Support with logistics, merchandise management and inventory control
  • Coordination of production processes
  • In-store sale

Your profile:

  • Enrolled student
  • Availability on at least 3 days per week
  • Careful and structured work methods
  • Enjoyment of contact with customers
  • independent and solution-oriented
  • fluent German skills, both spoken and written
