• You support the management with administrative, strategic and operational tasks
• You orchestrate our meetings and keep track of all important appointments
• You identify optimization potential and independently develop solution proposals
• You actively shape our brand and product experience
• You accompany exciting B2B projects and build valuable customer relationships
• You organize events and ensure unforgettable customer experiences
• You create a pleasant office atmosphere and ensure a working environment in which everyone feels well looked after

What you bring with you:

• You already have experience working with small teams and are comfortable with short decision-making processes
• You think analytically and question existing processes constructively
• Accordingly, you are organized and interested in building sustainable structures
• You are willing to take on long-term responsibility, work independently and solution-oriented
• You have a strong sense of the needs of others, are a strong communicator and are keen to set impulses
• You are proficient in using digital tools and social media
• Sustainable mobility and cycling are no foreign words to you
• At least 30 hours per week for your work with us
• Fluent written and spoken German
