Scope of delivery and application

1 sheet (105x115mm) with 18 reflective stickers, weeded and applied with transfer tape for easy installation

The application area for the stickers is smooth, solid surfaces. Textiles or rigid foam (Urban Arrow) are not suitable substrates. With the help of a transparent application film, the stickers can be removed from the backing material and applied either together or individually as desired. The surface must be dry and free of grease and dirt particles. The outside temperature during application must not be below 10° Celsius and is ideally at approximately room temperature. After 1-2 days, the adhesive bonds with the surface until maximum adhesion is reached. Removing the stickers afterwards turns out to be quite a fiddly task. Mechanical action is more effective than chemicals for removal.
Material and care

The stickers are made of a reflective film from the traffic safety sector, which is used for warning markings, traffic signs, and outdoor information signs. The reflective film meets the requirements of EN12899-1 and is characterized by its durability as well as its absolute resistance to weather, corrosion, and solvents. Temperatures ranging from -50°C to +80°C do not affect the material.

The retro-reflection is created by tiny glass beads embedded in a transparent plastic layer that reflect light back to its source. The surface is made of alkyd resin, and the adhesive is solvent-polyacrylate. The full reflective properties are guaranteed for at least 7 years.

The printed colors are UV-resistant and scratch-proof, meaning there is no fading from sunlight or loss of color due to weather or daily wear and tear.

The thickness of the stickers is approximately 0.1 mm.

Once the stickers have been properly applied, you can sit back and relax. Bad weather will not affect them. If they get dirty, you can safely wipe the film clean with water or standard household cleaners.
production

The production facility for the raw material is located in Brandenburg, further processing takes place in Berlin, including with the help of workshops for people with disabilities, and we handle the shipping ourselves from our headquarters in Prenzlauer Berg. We are therefore able to map our entire value chain regionally. It lies within a 35km radius of our store.

Whether spread out individually or arranged as a whole galaxy, there are no limits to your imagination. The stickers are weatherproof, scratch-resistant, and adhere reliably to smooth surfaces.
