The "Solidaricorn" symbolizes social cohesion in the current crisis. Therefore, we donate the entire proceeds (2€) from the sales of this cute specimen to a good cause. Every few months we select a new civil society initiative whose work we consider valuable.
Proceeds from sales this year will be donated to the "Freiheitsfonds" flow.
The initiative buys people out of prison across Germany who are behind bars for "driving without a ticket". Those most affected are the socially weakest in society, who simply cannot afford a ticket. The absurdly high level of punishment goes back to the Nazis and also costs the state a lot of money, since a day of imprisonment costs an average of €150. Absurd.
